Marketing & Digital Technology Director – UK Construction

This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies, and enhancing the overall brand presence of a dynamic organization in the construction industry.


  • Present overall plans and strategic direction to senior management for funding approval and support.
  • Lead Sustainability events and presentations focused on new customers in the Utility and policy/regulatory sectors.
  • Lead internal and external training in product, processes and business models.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Oversee brand development and positioning to enhance market visibility and customer perception.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and implement strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of digital technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and lead the development and implementation of digital initiatives, including website optimization, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing and digital technology team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly on the effectiveness of marketing and digital efforts.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on the construction or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, online marketing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
