Responsibilities:
- Present overall plans and strategic direction to senior management for funding approval and support.
- Lead Sustainability events and presentations focused on new customers in the Utility and policy/regulatory sectors.
- Lead internal and external training in product, processes and business models.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Oversee brand development and positioning to enhance market visibility and customer perception.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and implement strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.
- Drive the adoption and integration of digital technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and lead the development and implementation of digital initiatives, including website optimization, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and digital technology team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly on the effectiveness of marketing and digital efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, online marketing, and data analytics.
