A dynamic and innovative SaaS company headquartered in the heart of London are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to drive the development and enhancement of their SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
• Create and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze competitors and market dynamics to ensure products remain competitive and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and other documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of product goals.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an exceptional user experience.
• Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to iterate on design improvements.
• Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Provide support for product launches, including creating marketing collateral and conducting product training.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance against these metrics.
Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (3 years minimum) in product management for SaaS companies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
