We are seeking a results-driven marketer with a strong focus on consumer growth. You possess a proven track record of collaborating across multifunctional teams to achieve substantial expansion. With a wealth of experience in optimizing ROI for growth and monetization across paid, owned, and earned channels, you are adept at crafting, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing and growth strategies. Your expertise extends to enhancing customer acquisition, elevating conversion rates, and increasing customer lifetime value.

Role Description:

your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a growth strategy for the app, encompassing a comprehensive investment and measurement approach to meet revenue, acquisition, and spending targets.
  • Devising and implementing targeted campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and customer segmentation. This involves utilizing growth loops and initiatives to stimulate user acquisition, activation, and referrals.
  • Identifying, analysing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators to assess app performance, identify areas for enhancement, and evaluate the success of growth initiatives.
  • Creating and conducting experiments and tests to identify optimal methods for enhancing customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value.
  • Discovering and pursuing novel customer acquisition channels, collaborating with partners and third parties to establish and execute partnerships that drive growth and revenue.
  • Analysing market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to uncover potential business growth prospects and areas for expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in a growth/digital marketing role with leading brands in the high-growth B2C
  • Proficiency across the entire marketing funnel, demonstrating end-to-end marketing expertise.
  • Strong data-driven acumen, enabling you to formulate hypotheses and identify optimal marketing strategies.
  • A proven track record in B2B monetization.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build teams from the ground up.
  • Advanced knowledge of experimentation stacks.
  • A proactive, inquisitive, hands-on approach, and a desire to contribute to a purpose-driven, high-performing team.
  • Experience in a complex business environment with multiple products and features catering to diverse customer needs.
  • An appetite for experimentation and a focus on achieving sustainable and scalable growth.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
