We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving online sales and leads, and will be able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing budget, and for working with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize our marketing budget to ensure that we are getting the most out of our marketing spend.
- Work with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement our marketing strategy.
- Track and analyse the results of our marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance marketing.
- Report on the performance of our marketing campaigns to the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proven track record of success in driving online sales and leads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with a variety of performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
